Several members ventured out to explore the small town of Boulevard. They enjoyed a good lunch at the Manzanita Diner, bought chocolates from the Candy Cottage and strolled the Thrift Shop.
Did you know there is a truck museum out there ? Better know as the Motor Transport Museum (CHECK IT OUT HERE) several members strolled the museum of a unique collection of industrial equipment and engines some dating back to the turn of the century. Other items included a small train locomotive, log splitters, a carbon arc aircraft used during World War 2. Their brochure claims the museum is like a hospital of wounded trucks waiting to be restored.
